This process begins by first identifying the areas your team needs improvement in, followed by the design and implementation of a tailored program, which is reinforced through ongoing assessments to check learner progress.
Our service is divided into the following four phases:
01TEAM HEALTH ASSESSMENT
AND DIAGNOSIS
Some discrepancies in a team are obvious to detect, like low English competency, while others are more difficult to diagnose. Lack of employee commitment to a business’ mission and vision, for example, only becomes clear after further assessment. If we ignore these deeper issues, they may lead to a decline in team productivity.
During this phase, a team of coaches and psychologists will assess your team in order to detect its strengths and weaknesses. After the assessment period, they will identify the areas where you team needs improvement and foster growth by developing a training and/or coaching program to respond to your team’s particular issues.
02PLAN DESIGN
AND SKILL
MEASUREMENT
If a need for skill-specific training is identified (languages, digital proficiency, sales skills, communication, negotiation, etc.), a test will be given to all team members, and a plan tailored to their needs and the company’s objectives will be designed.
If areas for improvement are identified in the team’s dynamics or way of working, a coaching program will be designed to improve its performance by taking into account the company’s mission and vision, as well as the team’s own specific goals.

If a company requests a training program, we will send a highly-qualified instructor specialized directly to the company’s offices to teach the class. It can also be taught via telephone or videoconference.
If a company requests a coaching program, a psychologist or qualified coach will be sent directly to its offices to have one-on-one sessions with individuals or the entire team.
04QUARTERLY ASSESMENTS
As part of our training program, a quarterly review will be conducted to assess each student’s progress and redesign or tweak the plan based on the results.
Similarly, a quarterly assessment will be carried out as part of our coaching program to monitor the individual’s or the team’s progress.
